Lime Leaves


Combines well with rich coconut milk and hot chili spices. Used widely in south-east Asian cooking, especially Thai, lime leaves have a beautifully fragrant citrus smell and a fresh lemony flavour. Grind the leaf to use in curry blends or use it whole in soups and stir fries. Also known as kaffir lime leaves.
